Android Question Problem to start JBluetooth example

Hello,
As a biginner I am trying to start en example file placed
https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/jbluetooth-library.60184/
and I cannt. I have put all alttachements info libraries folder and libraries_additional.

Looking for a help

This is a B4J library. Not an Android (B4A) library.

Thank you for your reply, I am using only B4J software and I am getting the result like on the picture.
I have tryed also another example. In second case seems to be that library is missing, but it is not true.
This library 'bluecover-2.1.1-snapshot.jar' is existing in libraries folder.
I am using Win 7.
