Android Question Problem to start JBluetooth example

Thank you for your reply, I am using only B4J software and I am getting the result like on the picture.
I have tryed also another example. In second case seems to be that library is missing, but it is not true.
This library 'bluecover-2.1.1-snapshot.jar' is existing in libraries folder.
I am using Win 7.

P.S. I am really a biginner. I have noticed that is Android region. I will move to B4J questions. I am sorry
