iOS Question Profiles Expired - Renew needs an certificate

I have renewed my developer license and now I need to renew all my profiles, but I have a problem.

on generate a provisioning file page for a profile:

is this new?
and where can I find this certificate what I need to upload in the next step?

The certificate Signing Request (CSR) should be in your keys folder.

If you need to create a new CSR, under Tools->Private Sign Keys-> Create new should get you there

Note that the CSR file never expires.
