iOS Question Publish Application to Apple Store IOS

Good Day

After going through with these two tutorials below. the application is installed on device and running properly.

1. Creating a certificate and provisioning profile (https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/creating-a-certificate-and-provisioning-profile.45880/)
2. Installing B4i-Bridge and debugging first app (https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/installing-b4i-bridge-and-debugging-first-app.45871/)

I need your guide for the following three things step by step.
1. I want to send this application to 7 - 10 Users for testing and review. Either after publish on app store or send directly to users.
2. Install the application on 20 devices internally within organization/Office
3. Publish the application to app store for all

NOTE: I don't have MAC Device.

One option it to create a new provision profile with all these device uuids and then use OTA or a similar service to let them install it over the air: [tool] OTA Deployer - Easily distribute your app to beta testers

Another option is to submit your app to the app store and invite beta testers with TestFlight.

3. Download the archive with Tools - Build Server - Download Last Built.
4. Open archive.zip and extract the ipa file.

When I download last built it download the "ipa" file not the "archive.zip" can you please guide where I am doing wrong?


One more thing I also need to know what account ID I need to use here
