how can I insert text from SQlite into a scrollview?

You cant.

You will need to use label/edittextbox/etc and add it on the scrollview.

Don't use ScrollView. Use xCustomListView instead. You can call CLV.AddText to add a text item.

You may also have a look at the Flexible Table Class.
It is based on a ScrollView and allows to read data from a SQLite database directly.
