B4J Question Set Background by drag and drop

hi
is there any way to set background image of image view by drag'n drop?
i want to drag an image from windows desktop into an area of my b4j app then add some changes to the image then save it again
as the b4j is also a desktop app so this possibility is needed in my app
please suggest the best solution to me
is this possible?

I saw that before but as agraham said:
It will not work with non JavaFX applications and also probably not with non B4J JavaFX applications
Is this support third party apps like windows desktop?
