B4J Question Drag and Drop Visual Designer

Is there any existing WYSIWYG Layout Designer that I can embedded into my B4J desktop app?

Since B4J uses JavaFX the JavaFX Scene Builder might be a good choice...
It uses an FXML layout format i would like to study more about.
