Can anybody help ?

Is it possible to SetPriority on PhoneStateChanged "RINGING" like on msg(s)
in other wards can I abort the intent before the signal is sent to the Bluetooth ?

This intent is not an ordered intent. It is not sent in any particular order. It can even be sent at the same time to all receivers.

Can you explain ?

So it can or can not, be aboted before it sends a signal to the bluetooth ?
