Android Question Signing package file Error

Phone Android:11
when I "Compile & Run" a emptyproject (only "hello word"), an Error was occurred.
notice below:
Signing package file(debug key). Error
Unsupported option:--v3-signing-enabled.

what can I do anything ? thanks.
