Other Strange msg opening a project

I closed and reopened it and now it's ok; but what is that "central directory"?

It is likely that for a moment my laptop and my router were disconnected (WiFi; as you wrote, this does not happen via Ethernet. I have to buy a cable about ten meters long ).
