Android Question Synchronization of two phones, with precision of tenths of a second

I have an App that is used in two Android phones. I would need the time setup of both phones to be the same, with a precission of at least one tenth of a second.

Any ideas on how I could do it? May be placing the phones back to back and running a special routine for it?
