Bug? Trial Install Issues

Hi

Finally I have found something I can use with my skills for app development and deployment!

However, I am trying to install the Trial version of B4A per here (https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html) and I'm getting this error:



I also can't complete step 3, even if I jump ahead to this part:

• Return to B4A and set the path to "android.jar" (C:\Android\platforms\android-27\android.jar).

then I cannot find the file on my PC (after unzipping the Andriod SDK file) to c:\Program Files\Android_SDK - there is no "platforms" directory....



Any suggestions?

I want to purchase and use this software but not if I can't get the trial version to work...I'm using Windows 10/x64

Don't put the Android SDK under Program Files. It is a restricted folder. Put it under c:\android.
