Android Question Upgrade b4a Android version

Hi guys, I have not been developing with b4a for years(because i moved to java), but currently i should upgrade my project android version because android does not allow it to install on devices it says: "This app was built for an older version of android and does not include the latest privacy protections", how i can upgrade my project android version? i know this is a simple question but i have forgotten b4a in these years totally
my IDE version is 12.0 and i have installed open-jdk 11 and the resources from here: https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html and currently i was able to run my project,

Google requires you to set targetSdkVersion to 31. This has all kinds of implications.
