I guess this is just a thing... but when developing an UI I think most of us try to keep the visual aspect of the UI as coherent as possible...
I always start by trying to define which views to use and where to place them, and when I'm happy with that, I go about changing the looks of the views, like background color, text color, round corner radius, etc...
Doing this view by view is time consuming and prone to small typing errors, resulting in a one off view among several...
It would be cool it a "copy/paste visual properties" kind of thing was available, allowing to, after setting one to our liking, just apply the same settings to another view or group of selected views.
