iOS Question Waiting for IDE to connect . . .

Hi

I have run Compile and Debug successfully on B4i-Bridge to my iPad, and am told to manually launch the app, which installs fine, but when I try to run it, I just get the message "Waiting for IDE to connect . . .".

The iPad has a good internet connection.

Any ideas please?

If you want to run the application without the debugger you must compile it with Build Release App.

Thanks, but I am still working on it, so I am using the run option 'Compile & Debug (Build: Default)' but it just says waiting to connect.

You need to have B4i-Bridge running, do you have it ?

Yes. B4i is running. It has run fine for a few months.

Looking now, it seems to have created a new IP address for the device (IPad). I will try to keep entering new IP addresses in the "Device IP address" drop down menu.
