Is there a way to increase the size of xclv scroll bar ?

Its way too tiny to be controlled with finger.

No. This is the built-in scroll indicator. It is not meant to be controlled by the user.

If you have a large list then consider using PreoptimizedCLV which adds an interactive bar.
