Wish 64 bit version

Already discussed. I know Erel is considering switching the B4X IDEs to 64bits but I don't know if he has a timescale for doing it yet.

If I remember correctly, he also stated that there weren't many reasons to go 64-bit.

I believe that we will switch to 64 bit during 2022.
The two benefits are:
- No longer need to see the quite ugly Program Files (x86) path.
- More RAM for the IDE.
