I need to transfer some files from my pc to device and vice versa for example Sql.db
the some function is request for dovnload to pc the catlog of device

You can put the files in the Files tab and they will be copied when the app is installed.

Yes Erel, but i need to copy file also from DEVICE to PC for example i need to transfer to my PC the sqllite db of device to examine its contents

For me it would be very convenient to have this feature in the IDE

You can use Android Device Monitor (sdk/tools/monitor.bat if I recall correctly) for file transfers.
I already asked Erel to add a shortcut in the IDE...

but you solution work only if devices is connected by adb driver.
I need to transfer file by B4aBridge because i'm working with industrial devices that not are recognised by adb server and then i don't monitor it

Now i thansfer file by teamviewer quick support

I know more app to view sql lite db on android but i need to transfer it or other file to my pc.
Sqllite db was an example!!!

as soon as possible i try to use the Erel B4J server example and verify if it id right for me
