Android Question Auxiliar application?

Hello, I've seen in a application called OGYoutube that needs a auxiliar application called "MicroG" that is a application that don't have a layout or a Icon to access it in the applicaiton list and only can be used if the OGYoutube is installed and I've asked myself if that's possible in b4a, could I?

You can create an app without an icon. The problem is that normal apps start in the "stopped state". This state means that the app will not be started unless it is explicitly started by the user.
This feature was added in Android 4(?). In the past such apps were practical.
