Android Question AVD Will Not Run

Trying to run AVD. DOS Screen pops up quickly then closes quickly.
Running Version 2.30 I use this version because of the BlueTooth transfer capability in the software.
Running Window 7

Ran these programs. Still same thing
AVD Manager.exe
SDK Manager.exe
emulator.exe

Any ideas to what is causing the problem?

It's time to update to a newer version of B4A. Your apps will not work properly on new versions of Android.

Yes, we do have a newer version. We just use this version when we need to use BlueTooth transfer capability in the software.

Not sure that I understand. Are you talking about B4A-Bridge with Bluetooth support?

Anyway, v2.30 will not work with new versions of Android SDK.

Yes B4A-Bridge with Bluetooth support. We have a computer with
v2.30 that we need to use Bluetooth for transfer programs with. We have upgraded version.
