Erel B4X founder Staff member Licensed User Longtime User May 19, 2019 #2 I do think about it however there are several logical problems with this. With the dialog the flow is very clear. The dialog starts with the original data. The user clicks on OK to validate and commit the changes or clicks on cancel to cancel the changes. This flow is the essence of the dialog. Without it you just have a set of controls. What is the use case where you want to use it without it being a dialog?

I just don’t feel confortable with a dialog mean while it should also be possible to set it in a holder panel directly. But if it’s technically difficult then I’ll cope.
