Confirmed!
I played with the trial version at the afternoon.
The performance for a test full "gui" application is similar to Java.
I used the eclipse, Java and DroidDraw to design a small "gui" application.
With Basic4Android I wrote the same small application in the 20% of the time.
The learning curve of Basic4Android was 5 minutes or less. Really.
Tomorrow I will buy the full version.
