Wish Be able to set the scroll view separator line colour

Hi

I am writing an app where the client has requested the app back ground is the same colour as the scroll view separator line, this means the line is lost to the user.

I wish I could set the scroll view separator colour in code.

ScrollView doesn't include any separator.

How do you fill the ScrollView ?
If the separation line is the space between added Panels then you can change the ScrollView.Panel.Color.
