Android Question CLV Video Tutorial [Solved]

Hi All

I'm trying to catch up with CustomListViews watching Erel's video tutorial I hit a speed hump a few minutes in. Attached is a screen shot of the tutorial is a Input box Create New Layout.
How did Erel bring this up? I'v tried leftbutton/rightbutton, searched the forum, replayed that part of the video numerous times, still no clue.

In the Visual designer window click
File->New layout

I get File->New, but that is not what Erel does in the VIDEO . Erel adds a CLV, @6mins 40sec the box pops up to create a new layout, which it does with the CLV.

He used Shortcut CTRL+S
(it has nothing to do with the CLV, he cleared the CLV background color then hit CTRL+S)

The thing is he didn't save the layout from the beginning, so hitting CTRL+S will pop up the SAVE AS dialog.
You could see, after that, he had to create New layout using File->New
