I found a source in C # that makes a smart thing and a stupid one: it transforms a picture of different types on a mpeg or it creates an mpeg video of x frames, but repeating the same image transformed!

I do not know C #, but given the environment and given that there is a good site that translates from C # to VB.Net (and viceversa), I think I can get an mpeg, which may then be converted to other formats.
