Android Question Designer not connecting

any help will be much appreciatedI am new to B4A .
I have installed the program according to the tutorial using 7z.
Everything works fine apart for the designer which do not connet.

Trying to connect the designer I get this message

Trying to restaring the ADB server I get this messade

Path configurations are as on this picture

Any help will be much appreciated
