Beta Designer not saving changes

Hi Erel,

I downloaded the new v3 Beta the other day when you first sent the email & I noticed today (the first time I have done anything in the designer since I downloaded the beta) that the designer doesn't save changes when you recompile (I'm sure it used to). After noticing this, I searched the forum to see if this issue had been raised, but couldn't find any mention of it (which could be my poor search skills!), but did notice there was a new beta - so downloaded it (beta #5).

I found that the problem still exists in beta #5, however it's not consistent. To test it, I made a change in the designer & then compiled a debug (legacy) version & found that the change was not reflected in the installed package. Then I went back into the designer, made NO further changes, recompiled & found that the change was now reflected.

Let me know if you want me to do some additional testing to see if I can nail it down to anything specific.

Are you sure that Auto Save is selected:

I confirm the problem with B4A 3 beta 5 and Auto Save checked.
It happens in both, legacy and rapid debug.
To make the change active the layout file must be saved manualy.

Attached a small test project.
If you move the button without saving the layout you'll see the problem.

A layout value change in the code, in rapid debug, works with a screen orientation change.
