Android Question Forum Usage Tutorial

Hello,
is there a tutorial on using the forum...everything seems very disorganized. Where do I find the latest version of a class or library? As an example I downloaded the jRDC2.zip and it says its version 1.2 but in the thread it mentions version v2.1. where is that located?
I'm totally lost!
In the community you have the B4A/ B4I/ B4J tabs and the different groups, Questions, Tutorials, Libraries...but when you enter there is no index or order to it. is there a search you can do on it?

Our forum has become huge with lots of useful replies on each and every query. So 'google' like search is the best to find the jewel in the treasure trove. I always google here
