Android Question Google Play developer API v3

am receiving the following warning when i publish my app in google play store. if anyone knows how to update to Google Play developer API version 3. please, let me know

"We’ve detected that your app is using an old version of the Google Play developer API. From 1 December 2019, versions 1 and 2 of this API will no longer be available. Update to version 3 before this date"

These libraries aren't based on Google Play Developer API. Do you have any code that calls the developer API?

No, the only api used is admob

Are you sure that this is the complete list? Maybe you are using InAppBilling3?

Which version of FirebaseAdMob are you using?

I am using InAppBilling3 and also had this message for 1 time last week. i dont use any firebase library.

It is not clear why you are seeing this warning.
I do work on a new Google Play Billing library however it is not related to your case.

Lets wait and see whether there are other reports.
