B4J Question How do you want to open this type of file (.fxlm) ?

I have just started using B4J 2.80 on Windows 8.1.
I can create a new layout.
However, when I try to edit the layout I get a windows dialog asking

How do you want to open this type of file (.fxlm) ?

I tried un-installing and reinstalling B4J but with no different results.

The file extension is fxml.
