But how would it be To insert a B4XImageView component in the Activity via line of code?

Of course. However don't use ScrollView. Use xCustomListView.
There are many examples. Not with B4XImageView, as it is quite new, but with many other custom views.

If you need a list of items then xCLV is the best option. If you want to show a layout that might be taller than the screen height, use ScrollView.
