Android Question How to write a text in a circular form?

Hello, is it possible to display a circular shaped text at the bottom of a circle?
I have seen a thread that does something similar, but on the inside of the circle, I need it on the outside.
Any advice?

Change CW for CCW and adjust the voffset (i.e. 20dip)
