I would suggest that the names of the installation files have the version as well, for example: b4a_v11_2.exe
I didn't find any version reference on the download page either.
It's good to have some version reference so people can check if your file is already the latest, otherwise you'll have to download the file and run to see the version the installer shows.

Exactly, I also have some versions saved and I also rename them, but it's a hassle to have to download the file and run to see the version, using the page described above.
