Bug? InputList disappears with Android 4.4.2

An InputList disappears with Android 4.4.2 when used in Activity_Create.
It works when it is called in Activity_Resume.
The attached project shows the problem the InputList is displayed a short time an disappears when called from Activity_Create.
It works as expected with Android 4.2.1

Fortunately I have the 4.04

I think we should not show graphic objects from Create.

I ran your sample on 4.4.2 and it works without a problem, same thing on 4.4.4. It might be the device.

My device is a Sony xperia z1.
Are there other Sony xperia z1 owners who could test it ?

Also works fine on Nexus 4 running Android 4.4.

Are there any relevant messages in the logs?

No specific message in the unfiltered Log.

Anyway, I agree with LucaMs. Activity_Create is not a place for InputList and I'm even surprised that it works.
