Android Question Is there a 'contactUs Form' without B4J?

Is there anything new for 'contactUs Forms' that I may have missed?
I have read posts using ABMaterial4.30, building a mini-webserver, and will re-read that post that used PHP.
I just want my working B4A app to let the user send Name, email address, and comment.

You can then send the data as @JohnC wrote.
