Hello all,
is there a way to process image by using camera library?
for example recognize some word or colour without taking the picture?(b4a and b4i)

I'm afraid that there is no such thing as simple image processing. If you want to find a word then you can use an ocr web service:

This however is not suitable for real time recognition.

Erm if just want to recognize the majority colour of the picture in certain time interval or
if i want to use the camera to read the UART data from maybe colour LED generate by microcontroller.(Just doing experiment)
is that possible to do that?
What should i study ?

You can convert the preview image to a standard Bitmap and then go over the bitmap pixels. It will probably be too slow for anything useful.
