When switching "panes" (7 in SGS) - OffsetChanged is called in rapid succession (until the chosen pane is finally "rested")
Is there a way to know when this ("resting") happens?
My test of LWP changes the display on changing panes but those changes are done several times and cause "flickering effect".
One solution is to ignore OffsetChange for "some time" (say 1/4 sec.) but is there another solution?
