How can i read Localizable.strings (text file) on b4i ?

This file contains text like below

"LBLALFABE"="ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ";

"LBLFONT"="Univers Light Condensed";

"LBL1"="LONDON-UNITED KINGDOM-GB";

"LBL2"="MOSCOW-RUSSIA-RU";

Thank you. Does iTunes will list my app with "supported language list" on market or this is just for user see app with their language?

I think its just for change app name. Please check attached image. Im asking how i should localize my app for iTunes show like that on app detail (Languages).

j'ai suivi avec intérêt et appliqué avec succès votre tuto sur le "localizator ", seulement voilà je ne sais pas quoi faire quand le texte à traduire est long. Je voulais traduire dans les langue choisies, le fichier "aide" de mon application pour la bonne comprehension de son usage. Alors que faire concrètement ?
Merci d'avance pour tout ce que vous aurez à faire à ce sujet.
