Android Question New virtual device on emulator

Hi.

I want to create a new virtual device on AVD Manager but I cant find anywhere
the "Create Virtual Device" as should be.

There is a different way to create a new device?

All I want to do is a new device with 8" screen and Android 5.1

Yes I agree but all the settings are predefined.
How I can change screen size, memory size, etc.

You can only change the settings that you see in that screenshot. There are a few screen sizes that you can pick.
