Congratulations, you are able to type directly in language... barcode! 😁

Have you also tried uninstalling and reinstalling B4A?

Try to update the Net Framework.

😅 yes I thought the same about barcode.

I have not reinstall B4A, I Will.

About update Net Framework, this is a new and updated Windows 10 installation. What .Net Framework do you recommend?

UPDATE: When try to update the .Net Framework it said, it is up to date to the las version:

Details
.NET Framework 4.8 or a later update is already installed on this computer

Thanks for your answer.

Thanks Erel and LucaMs

I Change the font editor and the problem persist

I'm afraid the problem is with Microsoft WPF, because with other programs it not happened.

I'm trying to start my first project in B4X, but is very difficult program with this effect 😢😢, I will continue searching in the web for this effect.

Thanks.

It can't be a video card problem, you would have problems with all your SWs, including Desktop.
The problem is the font.

Try changing: Menu Tools - IDE Options - Font Picker

Try some different font; maybe some font file in your system is corrupt.

Hi Lucas,

I did change the font but the problem persist, as you can see in the following video the dialog has the same effect, the combo box is render strange, the same are the bottoms.
I Thinks the problem could be the WPF, I read that B4A is developed with WPF, is that true?, What do you think Erel?

Sorry the video was taken with my cell phone, but you can see the effect.

Thanks and regards

Indeed strange.
I don't think that reinstalling B4A will change anything.

Did it previously work fine? What has changed?

ohhh Sorry Erel

No My PC is New, and I install B4A and the problem start from the first time. Some times the Menu, and Bottoms render with problem and in the code editor the problem is more constant.

Thanks Erel.

Hi @rasaliad

The issue you are getting is due to display driver problem in Win10.

I am having this issue after last Win10 update. And I have learnt to handle it daily. Only difference is that I get the problem in desktop too.
Below is the steps I take, daily.
  1. Start device manager
  2. select display driver
  3. right click open menu
  4. disable driver
All my display are normal now.

Now if I shut down with the driver disabled, on next start the display is full bright and can not reduce the brightness.

Again I do,
  1. Start device manager
  2. select display driver
  3. right click open menu
  4. enable driver
  5. wait
  6. disable driver
Display is again normal and can increase / decrease brightness too.

See if it solves your problem too.

Given the strangeness of the problem, other "strange" attempts:
  • Change display resolution and refresh rate (change 60hz too)
  • Update Windows (I knew, it's a new PC, but...!)
  • Uninstall and reinstall Framework Net

Hi developers.

I have the same problem since one of the last Windows-Updates.

I have tried all of the suggested solutions in this thread, but nothing helps.
--> Framework cannot uninstall on Windows10. I have tried the Repair-Tool.

Graphic-Card: NVidiy RTX2060
Mainboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING
CPU Intel Core i7-9700K

Regards,
Ulrich
