Android Question SDKManager update

Hi All,
Trying to compile a B4A project I got this error twice:

Signing package file (private key). Error
Unsupported option: --v3-signing-enabled. See --help for supported options.

After searching the forum I found that the SDK needs to be updated, so I tried to do just that. The recommended items were downloaded but I didn't know how to install them after downloading and the same error appeared again..

Don't use SDK Manager to update. Download a new SDK, install it using 7Zip to unpack it and don't run SDK Manager unless you have a very specific reason to do so.
