Android Question [Solved] Do I need update my layouts in B4A 9.50?

I'm testing my apps in B4A 9.50 and if I open the Designer, select a layout, change to another layout, it show the dialog to save, even I don't made any changes.
I saw this behaviour when previous versions was release, but I have doubts:

There is any problem if I don't update my layouts?
There is a way to update all the layouts at once?
