Or take source code from here https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4a-sdk-manager-source-code.91995/ and compile it with B4J. AVD Manager is included in SDK Manager. Upvote 0

That thread isn't updated with the latest precompiled one (@Erel Fyi ) I have 3.51 now. Then I went and enabled Windows Hypervisor Platform feature. Now it seems to work Upvote 0
