iOS Question Developing apps without Developer account

can i develop apps without a apple developer account?
i had a developer account but its now expired and i dont plan to renew it.

i have access to real device and mac. i want to use b4I to make apps, not the xcode simulator. or if i buy the mac builder service can i develop app using b4i without dev account.

No, you can't.

With Xcode you can run an app on a real device without a developer account but it will expire after a few days.
