for me:
Well I am a member of a greek company - but only me programming - so i am "oneman show" programmer :-(
I am programming in VB, B4X (b4j, b4a)...
Already done ERP,CRM Projects + Tracking System (Vehicles tracking)...
I am working now MyData ERP Projects and some Firewall Techniques...
Try to get cooperation always and make a small team to get bigger projects...
