iOS Tutorial LocalNotifications for iOS

I have tested LocalNotifications.zip for iOS, but i don't see the notification.
I have not error, nothing happens.

I have tested with iPhone5 and iPad air iOS 10.1.1

Everything works fine: the notification banner isn't shown when you receive the notification while you are in the app.
