this will make B4X - ready for business / whatever that means

This will be the first step, POS, Invoicing APPS... will bring more members... for B4X community and hope donators/funds for Erel

Also add-ons for those!

Well ... last 8 months feel bored... and not creating anything "yet"... I think that is a problem... not yours

Maybe you need to reconsider the way to manage the project. There must be a lead or manager with clear direction. A proper flow for code revise. Some backup plans. Some communications. PR and marketing.

For the past few years, I have done many things with and for B4X. All that I can do within my ability.
To list some of them, project templates (who else created more than I?), Share My Creations, Projects on GitHub, B4X Libraries such as MiniORM, MinimaList, JSONWebToken, Velocity Web Template, Web frameworks, Web API Tutorial, Chinese translation of B4X Language Booklet, Chinese B4X WeChat group, ...

There are a few people similar as me, still have faith with B4X. Kudos to them.
Some have already left or visited the forum less frequent.
One or two, often take things for granted.
We see B4X continues to evolve... Now with AI and Python bridge... big news! (but B4Xers always be humble)

Open source is a deep concept.
Not everyone sees the point.
Not one project I see success applying open source in B4X.
So I keep creating new projects... as much as I can. Until I see one that get a luck to grow bigger.

My health is not good recently but I wish I can back to YouTube video creation very soon...

As I have mentioned many times.
Open source project is very depend on luck.
Sometimes a project is slow. Look at ReactOS.
Sometimes it suddenly become active, like HaikuOS.
Members are welcome to join, welcome to leave in the midst of project.
Each member have their own commitment.

I am speaking in general.
This also same to this project.
I am sharing it as public repo.
Anyone can fork it and work on their own too.

B4XDesigner Pre-Preview

Well, already said about our B.O.S.S. team here... and this a pre-preview of B4XDesigner... That's what i was talking... please see the video... no speaker, no music... silent... (not having time to create other for now, but i hope will have.. if "you" come at our Team) When we finish it...

Well... ofcourse this is something that.. we (all) can discuss, if we want to share as total open source.

All, probably may be not the right word... members stay active ... from the other side.... I am thinking a lot....

Until now I think that something lost in translation.. as I said other times @aeric for me is a good friend thousand miles away.

I am not clear what information you want to know.

The project as I said is very much in draft status right now. I am starting it from scratch.

It will be started using English unlike some projects, using developer's language. Localizator can be added at some point.

The design as for now, very basic. Not much function buttons.

Nothing is working (items are loaded as hardcoded) but I started to load a sqlite db and read categories to populate the buttons dynamically from a database table.

Printing with ESC/POS class will be added at some point.

You can consider this as another alternative to B-POS - Simple point of sale.

I am sorry. I don't mean I am abandoning the other project and I know this is not a good place to discuss on another project. I just speak in general. For the other project, I will discuss somewhere else.

Note: Don't confuse the word BOSS in the receipt preview. It is just a username. It has nothing related to the project group name.

It happened that before I created this project, I get a receipt from a restaurant printed the cashier name is BOSS. Maybe the IT who setup the system was lazy and set it as default.
