Android Question Programming a PC Gamepad?

Hello folks,

I finally decided to program for android.
But before I start I want to ask you pals if it's possible with Basic4android to program a gamepad for pc?
Something like "Ultimate Gamepad", but mine will be a bit different.

If yes is there an example how to do it?
If not is there a way to upload or edit a text file on pc via wifi?

You will need to write a desktop program that will listen for instructions coming from the device app and do whatever needs to be done.

Yeah I know and I don't think that this will be a problem for me.
I already programming on PC for about 5 years.
My problem is on the andorid part. I don't know how to send command to pc over wifi.
Is this possible? Propably yes, but how?

It is possible. Search for network and AsyncStreams.
