it sent successfully and in b4a message successfully received!
but message content is empty

Start with using the B4J code to send the message. It simply creates a json payload with the correct structure and sends it to Firebase.

yes! b4j successfully sent message with content also PHP
but my server backend maked by node.js due I can't use b4j
