Java Question [solved] create the XML file that describes the file to the IDE for a jar file / library

Therefore together with each jar file there is an XML file that describes the file to the IDE. This file also holds the documentation for the online help.
The XML file is created by using a custom Javadoc tool.

ömm,
i have a 3d example for android studio and me thought i can make my own library there for using in b4a.
i know how to make a java library .jar in android studio project and now i need this .xml for b4a ide.
is there maybe a online service to just upload a .jar and get a .xml out?
or just a exe or java app that can do this?

You dont need Eclipse and even not Android Studio if you dont want.
You can use Notepadd++ if you like.
you can use SLC (SimpleLibrarycompiler) to create jar and xml

thanks, exact that tool was my hope and it works very well.

as i saw if me will use android.opengl.GLSurfaceView
it need a Android Library not Java Library.
