iOS Question Using OTA, Unable to download app

I kept getting this error on Ipad Air 2 running ios9. I followed the OTA step which was successful. I then sent the link to the ipad.

Error message says:
Unable to download App, App could not be installed at this time. Retry.

Have you built the app in release mode?

Have you added the iPad UUID to the provision profile?

Yes I added the device UDID and downloaded new provision file, and I also compile in release mode.

Installation of B4I bridge on device also give same error. I realized even though the B4I profile installed successfully, the step where you have to TRUST B4i certificate is not available on the ipad

1. OTA doesn't require installing the B4I profile.
2. The trust step is only required on iOS 10+.
3. Maybe you set #MinVersion to 10?

1. Yes I know OTA doesn't require B4I profile.
I installed the profile in order to install B4I Bridge, as an alternative means of installing the app on the ipad

3. My #MinVersion is set to 8

Good news I got the B4I Bridge Installed and working now. The old provision profiles needs to be edited and the new device added, before download
